Bill Fein is an artist who enjoys oil painting on location. Bill’s chosen area for his work is New England. Bill paints outside in all seasons and weather conditions. His paintings depict scenes from the mountains and farms of Vermont and New Hampshire to the seascapes of coastal Maine with it’s lighthouses, pounding surf and lobster boats. He can often be seen at the side of rural roads in Vermont and New Hampshire or by the rocky beaches of Maine plying his trade.
